LED totem screens to structure, announce, and amplify presence with clients
Context: a tour of meetings and conferences
As part of an activation campaign, Bell Media traveled over several days to meet with its clients. On the agenda: conferences, presentations of new products, privileged exchanges, and distribution of goodies.
The challenge was twofold: clearly announce their presence at each location visited and structure the experience upon the arrival of guests, while maintaining a professional and consistent image from site to site.
A mobile and professional solution: LED totem screens
To accompany this tour, Bell Media chose to rent LED totem type screens for several days. Easy to install and move, these screens were positioned at the entrance or in the lobby of their clients' offices, effectively replacing temporary posters and printed materials.
The totems then became the visual anchor point of each activation.
Clear and effective uses
The LED screens were used to:
announce the presence of Bell Media on-site,
display the schedule of the day (conferences, meeting slots, demonstrations),
highlight new products and offers,
guide participants to the right spaces.
Thanks to the vertical format and controlled brightness, information was immediately readable, even in very busy corporate environments.
A smooth experience for guests
Upon arrival, visitors understood:
who was present,
why the event was happening,
how the day was unfolding.
This visual clarity facilitated the welcome process, reduced logistical questions, and allowed Bell Media's teams to focus on the essentials: exchanges, presentations, and client relationships.
A consistent brand image, everywhere
By using the same screens and a consistent visual identity throughout the tour, Bell Media ensured a brand continuity from one site to another.
