An immersive tunnel entrance thanks to the totem LED screens

Context: create a strong first impression

As part of organizing an event for one of its clients, Elegant Design, an agency specialized in event planning, wanted to make a lasting impression from the moment the guests arrived. The objective was clear: to offer an entrance that was out of the ordinary, immersive, elegant, and consistent with the chosen theme.

The effect sought by the event planner was an immediate connection with nature, a sensory transition between the outside and the event, capable of immersing the guests in the atmosphere even before they entered the room.

A bold layout: an LED entrance tunnel

To meet this creative vision, we deployed four totem-type LED screens, arranged to form a true entrance tunnel.

This unconventional setup perfectly illustrates the flexibility of totem screens, which are not limited to simple front displays.

The screens framed the guests' passage, creating an enveloping and guided experience, far from traditional receptions with banners or printed panels.

A visual immersion inspired by nature

The screens displayed natural video sequences:

  all designed to create a soothing and immersive atmosphere.

The continuous movement of the images, combined with the vertical format of the totems, gave the impression of crossing through a vibrant universe, enhancing the emotional impact from the very first seconds.

Guests naturally slowed down, observed, and took the time to experience it — some even capturing the moment in photos or videos.
