Installation of LED totem screens for the inauguration of a transatlantic route by Royal Air Maroc

Context : a new flight Casablanca–Toronto

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has recently announced the opening of a direct route between Casablanca and a Canadian metropolis, thereby strengthening its presence in North America. To celebrate this launch, an official ceremony was held at the destination airport, attended by high-level officials and company partners.

LED totems to replace traditional banners

In order to mark the event and provide a modern visual experience, our team installed a LED totem screen setup in the VIP reception area. These totems, measuring 2 meters high by 1 meter wide, were placed along the path taken by guests. They replaced traditional printed banners and created a true visual thread.

Technical features

• Adapted resolution : the fine pitch of the displays ensured a crisp image, even at close distance, ideal for a VIP lounge.

• Controlled brightness : the totems emitted bright visuals without glare, allowing all participants to comfortably enjoy the content.

• Content synchronization : videos could be looped or synchronized across multiple totems, enhancing the immersive effect.

Integration and staging

The totems were integrated into the scenography of the VIP lounge with aluminum frames and finishes in RAM colors, echoing the brand's elegance. Their strategic positioning – near the entrance, around discussion areas, and the buffet – naturally guided guests while ensuring constant visibility of the messages.

An operator was present on site to oversee the proper functioning of the screens and adapt the content in real time according to key moments of the ceremony (speeches, animations, networking).

Highlighting RAM's values and services

The LED totems displayed promotional videos showcasing the company's long-haul fleet and inviting viewers to discover the cultural and tourist attractions of Morocco. Testimonials from passengers and members of the diaspora illustrated the importance of this new connection in bringing communities closer and facilitating exchanges. The messages emphasized the quality of service and RAM's commitment to providing a premium travel experience.

This installation of LED totem screens transformed the inauguration ceremony into an immersive and high-end experience.
