DoubleTree by Hilton Québec Resort wanted to introduce its meeting rooms, banquet halls and facilities to visitors at the National Women's Show in Ottawa, at the Cohere Centre. A busy consumer show, more than 450 km from the hotel.

The challenge: showing the experience, not just the brochure

For a hotel, a printed poster shows a single photo. The team wanted visitors to experience the whole picture: the pool, the cuisine, the reception rooms. All in a standard booth, with no heavy structure to transport.

The setup: a 2-screen LED wall

We delivered and installed 2 Pixanova LED screens side by side, forming a nearly square wall behind the booth table. Set up on Friday, taken down on Sunday: the hotel team had nothing to handle. The wall played the hotel's video on a loop: indoor pool, buffets, banquet and meeting rooms. Thanks to the high brightness and fine image (1.86 mm pitch), the content stayed sharp even up close.

The team has already booked Pixanova screens again for two shows in November at ExpoCité in Quebec City. At the National Women's Show in Ottawa, two screens were enough to turn a booth table into a living showcase for the hotel.
