UQAM - 7th First Peoples Symposium
Context
UQAM's Bureau des relations pour les Premiers Peuples organized the 7th edition of the Symposium on Academic Perseverance and Success among First Peoples, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
The challenge: thanking partners and guiding participants
The symposium has many partners and exhibitors. The goal was to give them clear visibility for three days, without piling up posters.
The setup: 2 screens as a wall and 1 standalone screen
We installed 3 LED screens: 2 joined together for a large format and 1 freestanding screen. Our designer created the videos for the major partners, the partners and the exhibitors.
